Aku Sayang Kamu Rabu, 23 November 2005

Diarsipkan di bawah: Cerita 100 Kata — pangerankucing @ 2:51 am

20:26

“Bilang ‘aku sayang kamu’ dong..”

“Aku..sayang..kamu..”

“Umm..yang penting realisasinya kan?, Ati-ati dijalan okey, See ya!”

after the conversation,

Sebuah rasa di dada muncul. Yang jelas bukan gembira. Andai saja kamu tau kalo aku mau mengatakan ‘aku sayang kamu’ sebanyak dan sesering kamu mau.

Aku terdiam.

21:17

Sebuah telepon masuk.

“Iya Mam. Bentar lagi nyampe rumah kok!”

“Cepetan sayang. Om Rangga udah dateng nih. Mama mau ngenalin kamu sama calon istri kamu. Cantik loh anaknya. Pasti kamu dan dia bisa jadi pasangan serasi.”

“Iya Mam, terserah Mama. Daahhh!”

Klik!

Entah darimana bulir-bulir hangat itu muncul.

Dan selanjutnya,

aku kangen kamu lagi.

What is my job [the unrevealed story] Selasa, 22 November 2005

Diarsipkan di bawah: Day to Day, Sharing — pangerankucing @ 8:58 am

This is my second post that I wrote in English. I’m not trying to give any particular impression or something, but I just want to practice my English. So, I’m sorry if for later on I will be much more writing in English rather than Bahasa. I know that I’m not very good at it, but I’m trying to. Therefore, please understand when there are several grammar mistakes in my post.

What is my job?

Some friends often asked me that question. And usually they would receive a lot of words from me. Yes, it’s because I can’t give a one or two words for the answer. If you asked somebody else that question, maybe you would received a straight answer, wether it’s Marketing, or Finance, or Sales, or Engineer. But, for your satisfaction, I will tell you all about my job.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Set up new Maintenance Contract.
  2. Maintenance Contract Renewal.
  3. Maintenance Contract Project Controlling.
  4. Maintenance Contract Invoice Clarification.
  5. Spare Parts Management [warehousing and distributions].
  6. Spare parts repair [non Maintenance Contract].
  7. Repair and Maintenance Budgeting.

Okay, that are job descriptions of mine. You can see that point 1 – 4 are about Maintenance Contract. So, what is maintenance contract anyway?

Maintenance Contract is a contract, meaning a Service Level Agreement between my company [which is Telkomsel as you know] and other company [which called as Vendor]. The contract will cover maintenance activity which obligate the Vendor to provide support activity that consist of:

  • Providing spare parts as requested by Telkomsel Engineer, and deliver within agreed lead time. We call it Instant Replacement. The [good] spare parts will be used by Telkomsel Engineer to change the broken ones, so the equipment can work again properly.
  • Providing system support which consist of Help Desk, Emergency Support, and On Site Support. The Vendor must give answer, guidence, and/or work remotely or on site to recover the network problems, of course 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

I hope you can understand what is the Maintenance Contract from the information I gave above.

So, what I do are set up the contract [new and renewal], do clarification and negotiation [with procurement], controlling the running of the contract, analize and close all problem that coming form the Region, calculate the invoice [including penalty] before go to Finance, controlling spare parts buffer stock in Vendor’s spare pool, and review the contract for improvement.

Hard job? If you don’t egree with me, just multiply all the process by 31 because I responsible for 31 Maintenance Contract every year without one single partner back me up. Thanks God, I’m survive.

Point 5, Spare Parts Management, I have to control spare parts buffer stock that own by Network Operation Sub Directorate which consist of consumable parts or fast moving goods like cable, connectors, and antenas. The warehouse it self has 1700 m2 without proper ventilation. And you know, the hardest work is when it come to Stock Opname. It’s like a very large sauna out there. I must deliver the spare parts as soon as possible when Region need it. Sometimes, when the delivery don’t go smoothly, I have to coordinate with the expedition or bring the spare parts by my own.

Point 6, Spare parts repair, I must repair broken spare parts to the apropiate vendor. Make sure that all the broken spare parts repaired, and ready to use.

Point 7, Repair and Maintenance Budgeting, I have to calculate the budget needed to cover all repair and maintenance activity, include Maintenance Contract cost for one year. Recently, budget 2006 that have been calculated by me is almost 1 trillion Rupiahs. And I have to be ready when the auditor come asking me to justified.

Okay, that’s a little story about my job. So, if you know how to answer ‘What is my job’ in one or two words, just give me a call, will you?

Turn Back The Time Senin, 21 November 2005

Diarsipkan di bawah: Sharing — pangerankucing @ 1:45 am

Somebody ever asked me how about if I could turn back the time, will I do it, and what would I change?

I said, “No! I won’t do it even if I could.” â€?

You would ask why. Actualy, I love the way I am now, and I have no regret about anything in my past. I think I’ve done a great job of my self. And I hate to do it all over again once more.

I think if I turn back the time, and start all over again, I would’ve done the same job, the same mistakes, the same attitude, the same choice.

Maybe some choices were bad, some mistakes should not be done, but I’m just a human. And human makes mistakes.

Just imagine if you have to do again that mistakes, that choices, another love story, another broken harted. No, I don’t want it!

Maybe I would do a very great job, better that I’ve done. It’s a possibility. But it’s possible too that I would do a very bad mistakes.
I don’t want to gamble, mainly gambling my live.

So, If you can turning back the time, please don’t ask me to accompany you. Because I will reject it.
